Fresh Cherry Salsa
- 24 sweet cherries, pitted and cut in half or quarters
- ¼ cup yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with chips.
Delicious with grilled fish, meats, tempeh or tofu.
