Fresh Baby - Dairy Cup with Smoothie Image

Berry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and broken into 4 pieces
  • 3 ripe strawberries, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup of 100% apple juice
  • 1/4 cup plain OR vanilla yogurt (dairy or soy)
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Pour into a covered cup add a straw and serve immediately.

This recipe makes two 8-ounce servings.
