Berry Banana Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and broken into 4 pieces
- 3 ripe strawberries, stems removed
- 1/2 cup of 100% apple juice
- 1/4 cup plain OR vanilla yogurt (dairy or soy)
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Pour into a covered cup add a straw and serve immediately.
This recipe makes two 8-ounce servings.
