Bingocize® combines exercise and health information with the familiar game of bingo, which is a great, fun way to get older adults moving and socializing. Created and supported by Western Kentucky University’s (WKU) Center for Applied Science in Health & Aging, Bingocize® is designed to be played twice a week on nonconsecutive days, and each session usually lasts 45-60 minutes.
Currently, there are three 10-week workshops included with the program. You have access to all three and can begin with the curriculum of your choice. The workshops are:
- Exercise Only
- Falls Prevention + Exercise
- Nutrition + Exercise
Starting at $900, implementing Bingocize® is easy and affordable.
The startup costs include licensing, training and equipment for 20 participants.
Specifically for Bingocize® customers, we have developed prize packs and falls prevention products to complement the program.
