peanut sauce

Here’s a great dipping sauce for chicken or veggies. To make an Asian-inspired salad, toss the sauce with pasta and diced cucumbers or shredded carrots.


  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter*
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp salt


In a medium bowl whisk all ingredients together.
* for a peanut-free version replace the peanut butter with Sunbutter (available at most natural food stores).
