- 1 Pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Remove the skin and core from the pineapple. Slice the pineapple into 1-inch thick strips. Brush both sides of the strips lightly with olive oil. Place on a hot BBQ grill for 1- 2 minute per side. Serve warm as a side dish or let it cool to room temprature serve with ice cream.
Serve grilled pineapple as a side dish to teriyaki-marinated, grilled chicken or pork. Or serve grilled pineapple with vanilla ice cream for a sweet, summer dessert.
